Few people who consume the energy drinks are like that they drink the holy water and now they are ready to fight with vampires. I just want to know that this really works like this. Energy drinks give them really a good strength to do something which they cannot do without energy drink. No doubt energy drinks gave theme strength. But only in starting days after a few days some people get addicted to these drinks and feel like they can’t do anything. In this article, I will share with you some red bull side effects.

I know one of my friend’s uncle who consumes 3-4 can of a Redbull in a single day. He does not know that only two can is preferable in a day. In this case, I can say that the uncle is addicted to the energy drink.  These energy drink or red bull side effects occur when not consumed as prescribed or when used in excessive amount. Everything has a limit 🙂

Caffeine is the most used substance in the world and is the ingredient of energy drinks. Caffeine cause different effects on different individuals. More than 400-gram caffeine consumed in a day can cause restlessness, increased heartbeat, and insomnia. A 250ml can of Red Bull contains only 80-gram of caffeine. But do not try to drink 5 can in a single day because others things like cold drinks also contain caffeine and if you drink 5 and you also drink cold drink or consumed other material that contains caffeine can cause side effects in you.

Other ingredients in the energy drink Artificial Sweeteners,Ginkgo Biloba, Ginseng, Sugar,  Glucuronolactone, Inositol, L-Carnitine, L-Theanine, Taurine, Vitamins B. Artificial Sweeteners and Taurine has no side effects reported till now but there is always a debate on side effects of these. All the other ingredients can cause minor to major side effects from nausea, diarrhea to vaginal bleeding and miscarriage if not consumed in a limited dose.

The amount of dose vary for different peoples, so before using energy drinks it is a good idea to take advice from a doctor. Below are some side effects of excessive dose.

Alcohol is a vasodilator, which means it causes blood vessels to expand. And this dilation of vessels into the veins in the brain expand, the nerve fibres collect around them are stretched that activates the nerve fibres and can cause the release of inflammatory chemical and pain. In alcohol beverages, such as whiskey beer and wine may cause a headache. Many of these products are dilate the blood vessels. And one other thing is that white wine often contains more sulfites than red wine. They all contain histamine which is caused the headache.

Many foods such as tomatoes, avocados and spinach, contain naturally higher amounts of histamine. Dark chocolate contains phenylethylamine. Amounts of biogenic amines are generally highest in foods in which bacteria break down certain amino acids, such as during fermentation or as the food ages, ripens or spoiled. In some most people eat such foods without a problem. People have the presence of enzymes in their gut that help break down biogenic amines.

Caffeine

We all know that the caffeine we take has many benefits but on the other ways caffeine narrows the blood vessels that surround our brain, when we stop taking it they expand again, and that can cause pain in the head. Or over-consumption of caffeine is a reason of a migraine.

Dark chocolates

In dark chocolates, a chemical is used which is known as tyramine. And tyramine is mostly founded in migraine problems.

Aged cheeses

Aged cheeses, blue cheese and be delectable, they are contained the amount of amino acid tyramine, which can trigger a headache.

Cured Meats

As like aged cheese, the cured meat is loaded with tyramine so containing a large amount of tyramine is a reason of a headache. Such as 10 per cent cases of a headache or a migraine suffer by the reason of cite food and drinks they all know to be a trigger, according to the migraine trust.

Only the healthiest sperm wins the race of life and penetrates the egg. To penetrate in egg, sperm releases an enzyme from the acrosome ( part of the head) that melt the surface of the egg.
