It may not contain as much fibre as other fruits. But its properties are full of good qualities.

Watermelon is a natural or pure diuretic. It is very helpful for renal disorder patients ( kidney disorder ).

It helps to improve the nerves function. And potassium present in it helps the muscles.

In both forms as fresh fruit or a fresh vegetable, It is one of the best dietary sources. it helps to prevent breast cancer, prostate cancer, lungs cancer and some other type of cancer because of vitamins and other substances in it.
